 Resinoid diamond grinding wheels have good elasticity and give very good removal rates as well as fine surface finish.

Application and Processing Material for Resin Bond Diamond Wheel
Surface grinding: Suitable for tungsten carbide, die steel (SKD11, SKD61), High Speed Steel, fined ceramics (aluminum oxide, silicon carbide), quartz.
Grinding for CNC machine: For carbide or HSS Cutting tools, especially for any kinds of endmills, drills, saw blade….etc.
Centerless grinding: Suitable for tungsten carbide, fined ceramics (aluminum oxide, silicon carbide), quartz, High Speed Steel. The biggest diameter we can produce is 610mm, which can be combines with different grit sizes in one centerless wheel.
Cutting Process: Mainly for the cutting of carbide and High Speed Steel, the thickest wheel we can make is 0.6mm.
